2024 Scholarship Entry Form

SCHOLARSHIP AWARD CRITERIA

  • Applicant must have either been a participant in the Salem-Ota Home Stay Program, traveled to Japan, or have had family involvement in a fundraiser.
  • Applicant must plan to attend an accredited institute of higher learning.
  • The essay portion of the application should be between 500 and 750 words.
  • All applications and essays must be completed and submitted by Friday, May 5th, 2024.

    Have you traveled to Japan as a Salem-Ota Home Stay Student?

    Has your family been involved in any type in Salem-Ota Fundraisers?

    Please write an essay between 500 and 750 words answering all of the following three questions: • What involvement have you had with The Salem Ota Cultural Exchange? • How has it affected your life? • How will it influence your future?
